Your Role:

  • Develop creative and engaging social media strategies
  • Manage the day-to-day handling of all social media channels such as Instagram, Tiktok, Website, and, adapting content to suit different channels
  • Develop, launch and manage new competitions and campaigns that promote your organisation and brand
  • Form key relationships with influencers across the social media platforms
  • Undertake audience research
  • Monitor, track, analyse and report on performance on social media platforms
  • Research and evaluate the latest trends and techniques in order to find new and better ways for social media activity
  • Analyse competitor activity
  • Recommend improvements to increase performance
Your Profile :
  • You have a relevant experience in Social Media Management, preferably in a fast-paced startup / B2C space
  • Fresh Graduate welcome to apply
  • Experiences in related industries will be highly regarded; Vape, Pods, etc
  • Ideally, you have previously managed social media.
  • Outstanding organizational skills and experience in effectively planning and coordinating projects across multiple departments
  • Substantial ownership and entrepreneurial drive. A self-starter that takes the initiative is comfortable with ambiguity and is willing to get hands dirty, and a fast learner
  • Demonstrates high-quality judgement and decision-making, end-to-end thinking, as well as strong analytical skills
  • Experienced with and passion for e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Shopee), consumer products, and digital marketing, a plus
